A client gallery built for the whole handoff.
Give clients one place to view, choose, discuss, and download their photographs. Start with one gallery and keep the rest of your current setup while you decide what belongs together.

One gallery. One clear client path.

From upload to handoff
The gallery carries the conversation.
Presentation, proofing, and delivery stay attached to the same collection instead of being reconstructed across several messages and tools.
Shape the gallery
01Add the title, cover, image order, and presentation that fit this job. Keep it unpublished while you review the client path.
Choose who can open it
02Use public, password, or personal-invite access. Personal-invite URLs are bearer links and can be expired, revoked, or replaced.
Keep proofing with the photograph
03Collect favorite selections, comments, marked image areas, reference attachments, photographer replies, and a locked final selection.
Enable only the downloads you mean to offer
04Configure single-photo and selected-photo delivery, plus gallery ZIPs of up to 1,000 photos, in the available web-size or full-resolution paths.
Clear defaults
Decide the boundary before you share.
New galleries begin unpublished, invite-only, non-indexed, and with downloads off. The studio chooses which audience and delivery paths fit the job.
Access
Choose public, password, or personal-invite access. Anyone who receives a personal-invite URL can use it while active.
Proofing
Collect favorite selections and image-level feedback, reply from the photographer side, resolve notes, and lock the agreed selection.
Photo delivery
Enable the available single, selected, or capped gallery-ZIP route in web-size or full-resolution photo delivery. Non-JPEG photo sources deliver as full-resolution JPEGs.
Client check
Open the exact public, password, or personal-invite route while signed out and check it on a phone before sending.
A useful Free plan
Start with the next gallery, not a migration project.
Free includes unlimited galleries and visitors, client proofing, a photography website, configurable photo downloads, and 5 GB of total photo storage. Uploaded files and generated renditions both count.
- No card required
- Clients do not need studio accounts
- Keep your own source backup
- Nothing is deleted if uploads pause at the limit
Free working tools
Test the handoff before the client does.
Use one real job and ten representative photographs. Check the exact client path, then write the delivery message around one clear next step.
Questions worth answering
Know the boundary before you begin.
Do clients need a Still Bureau account?
No. After the studio chooses public, password, or personal-invite access, clients can use the relevant gallery path without creating a studio account.
Can I try a gallery before moving my website or archive?
Yes. Start with one current job and ten representative photographs. Still Bureau does not claim an automatic archive migration, and you should keep your own source backup.
What is included on Free?
Free includes unlimited galleries and visitors, client proofing, a photography website, configurable photo downloads, and 5 GB of total photo storage. Uploaded files and generated renditions both count toward that storage.
What happens after the trial?
Every new account begins with 14 days of the Studio-plan features currently available, without a card. Afterward, the website and gallery workflow can continue on Free within its published limits.
